SCHOOL HOLIDAY SEWING WORKSHOP FOR TWEENS AND TEENS

Got the basics of sewing? If you've got a project in mind, pattern ready, bring it along and we can tackle it together! I will help you read and understand the pattern, learn new skills and make progress on a project of your choice! 

Each workshop runs for 3 hours, with plenty of time for breaks and to go at your own pace. This workshop will be alongside beginners working on a group project. The price includes all facilitation, basic tools needed and sewing machines are provided for class. Please make sure you wear closed toe shoes. 

Please bring: 

• appropriate material for your project - ask Lucy if not sure!
• your pattern pieces and instructions 
• any extra pieces required for your project, e.g. zippers, elastic, trim

About me: Hi I'm Lucy! Secondary teacher and sewing enthusiast, I love helping people learn a new skill and confidence in something they've never tried before. I've been told I'm incredibly patient, calm and personable; perfect ingredients for a cosy vibe right? I would love to teach fresh beginners to intermediates who are looking to learn a new technique.
