If the product is unused and in resell-able condition I do accept returns however the customer has to pay for return shipping and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please contact me for more information. 
Refunds or exchanges have a period of 14 days for change of mind after product is shipped. 

If the item is faulty please message me to discuss appropriate resolution. This is can be a product replacement but a refund may be given depending on the circumstances.

I always take a photo of the package before I send and I’m happy to send you a photo of the envelope/parcel if required.
