SEWING WORKSHOP FOR ADULTS

Got the basics of sewing? If you've got a project in mind, pattern ready, bring it along and we can tackle it together! I will help you read and understand the pattern, learn new skills and make progress on a project of your choice! 

Each workshop runs for 2.5 hours, with plenty of time for breaks and to go at your own pace. This workshop will be alongside beginners working on a group project. The price includes all facilitation, basic tools needed and sewing machines are provided for class. Please make sure you wear closed toe shoes. 

Please bring: 

• appropriate material for your project - ask Lucy if not sure!
• your pattern pieces and instructions 
• any extra pieces required for your project, e.g. zippers, elastic, trim

About me: Hi I'm Lucy! Secondary teacher and sewing enthusiast, I love helping people learn a new skill and build confidence in something they've never tried before. I've been told I'm incredibly patient, calm and personable; perfect ingredients for a cosy vibe right? I would love to teach fresh beginners to intermediates who are looking to learn a new technique.
